Somos una compañía con sede en Barcelona y en funcionamiento desde 2014. Somos una organización dedicada a difundir y apoyar el teatro físico y visual a través de espectáculos, trabajos educativos y eventos.

​

Creamos ToTum TeaTre para investigar la mejor manera de aplicar los estudios del movimiento en el teatro y continuar investigando su uso como herramienta pedagógica.

 

Con la idea de un teatro internacional, nuestro lenguaje artístico se basa en el movimiento, así como en otras disciplinas teatrales y de danza. Desarrollamos nuestro método de enseñanza y dirección, basado en cómo crear una actuación y cómo ser expresivo en general a través del cuerpo.

 

En ToTum, el movimiento es nuestro punto de conexión, mientras que las carreras individuales de cada miembro de la organización son diferentes. Nuestro objetivo es colaborar e intercambiar conocimientos y experiencias con otras compañías de teatro que también estén interesadas en utilizar el movimiento en su trabajo.

 

En 2019 ToTum TeaTre participó como Associate Partner en el proyecto Europeo “Make a Move” (Europa Creativa), una incubadora de arte para el teatro europeo contemporáneo no institucionalizado e independiente.

ToTum TeaTre is movement, physical expression, and theatre.

 

We are a theatre company based in Barcelona and in operation since 2014. We are an organization dedicated to disseminating and supporting physical and visual theatre through shows, educational work, and events. 

 

We created ToTum TeaTre to investigate the best way to apply movement practices in theatre and to continue investigating its use as a pedagogical tool.

 

With the idea of ​​an international theater, our artistic language is based on movement, as well as other theatrical and dance disciplines. We develop our method of teaching and directing, based on how to create a performance and how to be expressive in general using the body.

 

At ToTum, movement is our point of connection, while the individual careers of each member are different. Our goal is to collaborate and exchange knowledge and experiences with other theatre companies that are also interested in using movement in their work.

 

In 2019 ToTum TeaTre participated as Associate Partner in the European project “Make a Move” (Creative Europe), an Art Incubator for contemporary European non-institutionalised and independent theatre.
